A modern house, constructed using the old radio workshop building, in a beautiful and quiet setting on the ridge between Horta, Flamengos and the valley of Almoxarife. The large picture windows overlook the Flamengos valley and the city of Horta. The front of the house has views of the ocean and nearby islands of Pico, Sao Jorge and Graciosa.
